   Thanks for the tip, I was half-way through my first word with “Write-on” and was starting to get frustrated. I tried a bunch of keys that I thought would work (like [ and ]) but was starting to mess up my project. Google brought me to you

   Ctrl + Left and Right Arrows do the same (in CS4).

   Hurray!
   Why every program uses different shortcuts for the same actions will always remain a mystery. But at least page up/dwn and ctrl+left and right arrows work in AE!

   Shift Page Up/Down advances 10 frames.
   I use this all the time.
